Ingredients

2 Cups Port Wine

1 Cinnamon Stick

2 Whole Cloves

1 Vanilla Bean - Split And Scraped

1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg

12 Whole Peppercorns - Cracked

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1/3 Cup Sugar

Preparation

Mix everything together in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until mixutre reduces to 1 cup, about 20 minutes. Strain into a medium bowl
