Ingredients
1 package Nilla Wafers (12 oz.)
1/2 cup Dutch cocoa
1 cup pecans
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup port
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
Combine cookies, cocoa, and pecans in food processor. Whirl until reduced to fine crumbs; pulse for several seconds.
Add corn syrup and port. COntinue to blend until well-blended, about 15 seconds.
Using hands, form dough onto 1-inch balls; roll in powdered sugar.
Store airtight for 1 month or freeze up to 2 months.
