Ingredients
2 Tbs Garlic Powder
1 Tbs chili powder
1 Tbs paprika
2 tsp ground coriander
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 - 1 pound pork tenderloins
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/3 cup water
1 tbs cider vinegar
6 oz guava paste
2 garlic cloves minced
1 jalapeno minced

Preparation
- Prepare grill
- Combine first 6 ingrediants in a small bowl. Sprinkle pork with salt and rub g\arlic misture.
- Combine onion and remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Place pork on grill and cook until 160 degrees F. Brush guava mixture and let set for 10 minutes covered. Slice in 1/2" slices.
