1 pork tenderloin
2 oranges
fresh ginger
brown sugar
butter
whisky
Preparation
cut pork into half inch slices grate rind of half orange one teaspoon of finely chopped ginger. add ginger,orange rind,juice of 2 oranges,teaspoon of butter,tablespoon brown sugar and splash of whiskey into pan,slowly reduce,when sauce syrupy,in hot frying pan cook pork rapidly. pour sauce over pork on the plate and serve with seasonal veg
