Ingredients
1/4 cup Kentucky Bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 large cloves of garlic chopped
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (I used more. I just kinda splashed it in :) )
1/4 cup vegetable oil
dash of hot sauce
Pork tenderloin about 2 lbs
Preparation
Blend everything (except the pork Duh.) in a blender till smooth. Place pork in a ziplock bag and marinate overnight or at least 4 hours. Cook 4 inches from a hot charcoal fire for 15 to 25 minutes or until pork has reached 165 degrees internally and is no longer pink in the center. Baste occasionally while cooking.
