Ingredients

2-3 Pork Tenderloins

1 c. Beer or Ginger Ale

1/2 c. Honey

1/2 c. Dijon Mustard

1 t. Salt

1/4 t. Pepper

1/4 c. Vegetable Oil

2 T Onion Powder

1 1/2 t. Rosemary

1 t. Garlic Powder

Preparation

Combine all ingredients into ziploc bag. Mix and marinate 2-3 hours or overnight. Grill or roast until internal temperate reaches 145-150. Bring marinade to boil and serve with meat.
