Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin sliced into 1 inch pieces

2 T Adams Reserve Italian Bread Dipper (or italian seasoning)

1/2 jar pasta sauce

2-3T sliced olives of choice

1-2 T capers

2 T half and half or cream (optional)

Preparation

Place sauce in small pot and heat with olives, capers and cream Heat large nonstick skillet on med-hi, sear tenderloin 5-7 min each side. Serve with sauce.
