Ingredients

8 1/2 inch pork tenderloin patties (about 1 lb)

1 tbs lemon pepper

2 tbs butter

2 tbs lemon juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp minced fresh parsley

Preparation

*Season pork with lemon pepper *Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side *Remove to serving platter and keep warm *To the pan juices add, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, heat through stirring occasionally. *Pour over pork and sprinkle with parsley
