Ingredients

-Full Slab Spare Ribs

-Cornstarch

-Salt and Pepper

-Garlic

-Chopped Chinese Black Beans(Yang

Jiang preserved black beans)

-Soy sauce (Low Sodium)

-Sesame Oil

-Crushed Red Pepper

-Veggie Oil

-1 Onion (Thinly Sliced)

-Scallions

-Chicken Stock (reduced sodium)

Preparation

-Bake ribs over pan of water in cener of oven at 200 degrees for minimum 6 hours. -Rub cornstarch, salt, and pepper on ribs -With cleaver, break ribs into small pieces (about 1" long) -In small bowl mix garlic, black beans, soy sauce, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper. Stir fry contents of bowl in Veg oil. -Add onions/scallions to stirfry. -Marinade rib bits in stirfry sauce for 1-2 hrs. -Steam ribs in sauce for 30 minutes to 1 hr. -Add Chicken broth -Reduce liquid over Medium to medium-high heat until liquid has minimized.
