Oven 400 F Season meat S&P Mix 4 tbsp rosemary and 2 tbsp each of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, pepper set meat in roasting pan, fat side up. drizzle 1/3 C honey pour 1/4 c cider into pan roast pork 20 min, then reduce heat to 350F 40 min add more cider if necessary
