Pork roast

garlic slivers

rosemary

salt and pepper

root vegetables (onions, carrots, celeriac, potatoes, turnips, etc)

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Garlic

Herbs

A little balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Insert garlic slivers into pork, cover with rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cook at 350º for 45 minutes.

Cut veggies into wedges or chunks. Mix together oil, salt, pepper, garlic, herbs, and balsamic. Coat veggies.

Turn over pork before adding veggies to pan. Raise temp to 375º for another 45 minutes.
