Ingredients

1 3pound pork loin

2 teaspoons of black pepper

1 teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon of rosemary

olive oil

1 cup chicken stock

2 small red apples

2 sweet potatoes

2 teaspoons of flour

Preparation

Mix pepper, salt,garlic powder,rosemary in a small bowl. Rub Olive oil over pork loin. Next rub the dry mix on the loin.Peel and cut potatoes and apple in quarters. Place in a baking dish and add chicken stock. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove pork from pan. Add flour to the pan.Add pork back and bake for 10 minutes more.
