Ingredients

1/2 kilo pork spare ribs

1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 teaspoon crushed peppercorn

1 small garlic, minced

1 tbs brown sugar

2 tbs soy sauce

1 tsp salt

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and marinate the pork for 1 hour or overnight. Drain off excess liquid. Roast pork spareribs over hot coals or in a broiler.
