Ingredients
6 pork shoulder steaks, cut 1/2-inch thick
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 lg. onions, each cut into 3 thick slices
1 Tbs. vinegar
1 Tbs. prepared mustard
1 jar stuffed green olives
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix in a casserole and bake for 1 hour.
