Ingredients

Pork(variable)

salt and paprika to taste

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 cup pineapple juice

2 tbsp. minced onion

1 tsp. worchestershire sauce

1/4 tsp. ground cloves

1/2 tsp. salt

pineapple slices (variable amounts)

Preparation

Brown the chops and season with salt and paprika to taste. Pour off fat and place 1 slice of pineapple on each. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour over chops. Bake for 45 minutes @ 325 degrees basting occasionally
