Ingredients

4 Thick Sliced Pork Chops

Creole Seasoning

1 TBS. Olive Oil

2 Cans Yellow Hominy, drained

1 Can Ortega Diced Chilies

1 Cup White Wine or Water

Preparation

Heat oil in large frying pan. Rub Pork Chops with Creole seasoning. Sear Pork Chops in oil untill browned on both sides. Add Hominy,Ortega Chilies and wine or water.

Simmer untill Pork Chops are tender, approximately 30 minutes.
