Ingredients
4 pork chops
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 C. mushroom or onion soup
Salt and pepper
4 slices of tomato
Preparation
In fry pan, brown pork chops and green pepper lightly. Lightly grease casserole dish. Place pork chops in bottom. Cover with slice of tomato. Add spices and pour soup over chops. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees Serve with baked potato and apple sauce.
