Ingredients

1 Tbsp vegetable oil

4 Boneless Pork Chops, 1/4" thick

1/2 Tsp ground sage

Salt and Pepper

2 large Granny Smith apples

2 Tbsp sugar

1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops; sprinkle with sage.
  2. Cook 8 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning after 4 minutes. Remove from skillet and keep warm
  3. Add apples, sugar and cinnamon to skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over chops.
