Ingredients

2 Pork Chops

10 Mushrooms

1 Onion

4 tbs Creme Fraiche

Salt/Pepper

1 tbs Oregano

1 cup water

Preparation

  1. Turn oven on 350 F / 180 C.

  2. Sear pork chops 3 min on each side in a tad of butter, lightly salt then transfer to cast iron skillet.

  3. Chop mushrooms and onions and add to skillet. Sear until soft.

  4. Add water and boil on high for 5 min, remove from heat and add salt/pepper/oregano and creme fraiche, add to cast iron skillet.

  5. Bake in oven for 15-20 min.
