Ingredients
2 Pork Chops
10 Mushrooms
1 Onion
4 tbs Creme Fraiche
Salt/Pepper
1 tbs Oregano
1 cup water
Preparation
Turn oven on 350 F / 180 C.
Sear pork chops 3 min on each side in a tad of butter, lightly salt then transfer to cast iron skillet.
Chop mushrooms and onions and add to skillet. Sear until soft.
Add water and boil on high for 5 min, remove from heat and add salt/pepper/oregano and creme fraiche, add to cast iron skillet.
Bake in oven for 15-20 min.
