Ingredients
4 center cut pork chops 1- 1 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp of flour
sliced white onion
white cooking wine
1 pkg medium egg noodles
Preparation
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown pork chops in a small amt of oil
Add 1-2 tbsp flour and make a roux
Add wine - enough to cover the chops after they go back in the skillet
Layer onions on top and cover
Simmer gently until tender 1-2 hours
Serve with egg noodles
