Ingredients
1 1/4 cups soda cracker crumbs (40 2" squares)
1/2 teas salt
1 1/2 teas poultry seasoning
1 1/4 teas garlic salt
1/4 teas paprika
Preparation
Using roling pin, roll out crackers on wax paper. Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container until ready to use. Use on fish, poultry or pork.
