Ingredients

2 Minced Garlic cloves

1 small sliced Cooked onion

1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 red chili pepper (or 1/4 teasp. crushed red pepper)

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

Preparation

cook onions and garlic in light oil in skillet. Add sauces and pepper. Add sugar and let thicken about 4 minutes. Serve over hot pork chops!
