Ingredients

1 (10.75) can cream of mushroom soup

1 packet dry onion soup mix

1 soup can water

1 C. mushrooms, diced

4 pork chops

2 T. Extra V. Olive Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a med. bowl combine to soup, water, soup mix and mushrooms. In a large skillet over med.-high heat brown the chops on each side. Place the chops into a baking dish and cover with the mushroom mixture. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours or until temp. is 160 degrees. Serve with chunky apple sauce, or mint sauce and garlic mashed potatoes.
