Ingredients

6 pork chops

1 large can kidney beans

1 or 2 teaspoons chili powder

1 tablespoons minced onions

Preparation

Flour and season chops, brown well. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer for 20 minutes. Put kidney beans, onion and chili powder in casserole. Place chops and broth over the casserole. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in moderate oven.
