Ingredients

1/2C Water

3TBS Vinegar

2TBS Sugar

1TBS Yellow Mustard

1/2tsp Salt

1/2tsp Black Pepper (ground)

1/4tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Onion (thin wedges)

1/2C Ketchup

2TBS Worcestershire Sauce

2tsp Liquid Smoke

2TBS Safflower Oil

6 Pork Rib Chops (3/4")

1 Slice Lemon

Preparation

For sauce combine water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne in small pot. Add lemon slice and onion.

Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, for 20 minutes. Stir in ketchup, worcestershire sauce, & liquid smoke. Return to boiling. Remove from heat; discard lemon slice.

Mdeanwhile preheat ove to 350. In large skillet brown chops in hot oil over medium high heat.

Place pork chops in a 3qt rectangle baking dish; pour sauce over.

Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 mins or until meat juices run clear turning chops once. Remove to a serving platter. Pour sauce over all.
