Ingredients
1.5 lbs pork
brown sugar
onions
butter
Preparation
Add salt, pepper and rosemary to pork and brown. In saucepan brown onions in butter. Drain sauerkraut and add to onions with brown sugar. Add water till cooks down. Repeat as needed. Add pork and cover with sauerkraut bake for 1-1.5 hours at 350.
