Ingredients

2 cans Pork and Beans, drained (don’t rinse)

2 or 3 tomatoes, chopped

about 3 to 4 cups lettuce, torn in bite-sized pieces

1 cup chopped celery

1 red onion, sliced in rings

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Bacon bits to taste

Mayonnaise or Salad dressing to make moist and to taste.

Preparation

Mix all veggies and beans, then add mayonnaise to make moist. Fold in cheese and bacon bits. Chill.
