Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 C uncooked rice
1/4 C chopped onion
1/4 C water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 C water
Preparation
Combine uncooked meat, onion, rice, 1/4 C water, salt and pepper. Shape into 15 1 in. balls. Blend soup and chili powder together, stir in 1/2 C water and bring to a boil in a large pot. Reduce heat to a simmer, and add the meatballs. Cover and simmer gently for one hour, stirring occasionally. Serve hot in a large bowl with grated Parmesan on top.
