Ingredients

500g minced beef

1 onion (chopped)

1 egg

1 tblsp honey

1 tblsp whorschteshire sauce

820g tin Heinz Big Red tomato soup

½ cup uncooked rice

½ cup bread crumbs OR sausage mince

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp ginger

3 tsp garlic

1 tsp beef stock powder

410g water or beef stock

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180˚C -Mix all ingredients together by hand, until combined, & roll into balls -Brown the meatballs in a large frying pan -Transfer meatballs into a casserole dish & cover with soup & the water or beef stock -Cook at 170˚C for 1 ½-2 hours until sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through
