Ingredients
10 tbs salt
12 oz sugar
5 tbs crushed red pepper
10 tbs black petter
2 1/2 cups porcini dust
2 1/2 cups blended oil
Preparation
blend all ingredients together
you may freeze to store
when ready, rub generously on fine cuts of beef 12 - 24 hours in advance
cook as you normally would
