Ingredients

12 Center cut pork cutlets 1/2 inch thick, trimmed and deboned

Marinade

1/4 cup almmond oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

4 cloves garlic crushed

1/2 teaspoon coarse salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon squeezed lime

12 toasted 1/4 inch slices of baguette

Preparation

Mix the marinade. Add the pork. Mix with marinade. Allow at least 30 minutes for the flavors to infuse into the pork.

Heat the BBQ to at least 400F Add the marinated pork. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.

Place under aluminum foil for a further 3 minutes.

Prepare each serving ( 2 pork cutlets per person)by:

Placing each cutlet on a round of toasted baguette. Top with accumulated juices. Add a serving mixed green salad.

Serve with baguette and butter
