Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup vinegar

2 tsp salt

1 cup olive oil

2 tsp mustard

1 tbsp poppyseeds

Preparation

Blend in blender all ingredients, except for poppyseeds, for 2 minutes. Add seeds then blend for 1 more minute.

Serve over pasta salad (tri-colored spirals, brocoli, thin slices of carrots).
