Ingredients

1 pkg Lemon Cake mix

4 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1 cup milk

1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup pecans

4 tablespoons poppy seeds

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a loaf pan
  3. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour mixture into pan.
  4. Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
