Ingredients
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (8oz.) Cream Cheese, room temp
4 Chicken Breasts
1 stick of Margarine
2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers, crushed
2 teaspoons Poppy Seed
Preparation
Cook chicken and cut into pieces. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan which has been sprayed with PAM.
In small bowl, mix together soup and cream cheese, then spread over the chicken.
Melt the margarine in saucepan. Meanwhile, place the crushed Ritz crackers in a medium size bowl and add the poppyseed.
Once melted, pour margarine over crackers and mix well.
Spread cracker mixture over top of pan. Sprinkle a little bit of poppy seed over top if you wish.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
