Ingredients
Corn on the Cob- 8 ears
1/2 cup unsalted sweet butter (1 stick)
1 Whole Limes
Salt and Pepper
Dash or two of Cayenne Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Unhusk corn, one ear per person. (NOTE: no need to unhusk in the food store: simply feel the corn tips through the husks. You can feel if kernels are missing and a bird has made that ear a meal already. 2/ Melt butter in small sauce pan. Remove from heat. 3/ Add juice of one lime to melted butter. (Roll lime on counter to extract the most juice!) 4/ Add Cayenne to butter mixture. Salt and Pepper to taste 5/ Unhusk corn and place on medium heat grill. Brush often with lime butter. When corn begins to pop, remove from heat and enjoy!
