Ingredients
2 eggs
1 C. flour
1 C. milk (whole)
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Beat eggs slightly, beat in flour milk and salt until just smooth. Do not over beat. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a popover pan with 2 tsp. butter in each. Place in oven until butter melts. Take out of oven and place batter into cups filling until about 3/4 ths full. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 min. Lower the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 min. longer. Immediately remove from cups and serve hot with butter.
