Ingredients

3 lbs potatoes (about 8)

8 oz cream cheese with chives/onions

1/2 C butter or margerine

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp white pepper

1/2 tsp dill weed

1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1/4 C shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cook potatoes 20-25 minutes until tender. Drain well and put through ricer (or mash well). Add flavored cream cheese, butter, sugar, salt, pepper and dill. Mix well. Stir in spinach. Transfer to a greased 2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted.
