Ingredients
1-1/2 c self rising flour
1/2 c cornstarch
1-1/2 T Seasoned salt
1 T Paprika
1/2t. Baking soda
1/2 pk Italian Salad Dressing Mix Powder
1/2 pk Onion Soup Mix
1/2 pk Spaghetti sauce mix
1-1/2 T sugar
1-1/2 c Corn flakes, crushed
1 egg, well beaten
1/8 c cold water
2 # chicken

Preparation
Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl. Put the cornflakes in another bowl. put eggs and water in 3rd bowl. Put enough oil in heavy skillet to fill 1 inch deep. grease 9x12 baking pan. preheat oven to 350 Dip chicken pieces 1- dry coating mix 2- into egg/water 3 corn flakes 4 briskly but briefly back into dry mix. 5 drop into hot oil, skin side down brown 3-4 min, on each side Place in baking dish skin side up, cover with foil let steam escape on one end of dish. bake 35-40 min bake uncovered 5 min to crispen
