Ingredients
1 lb. peeled potatoes, cut into bite-size chunks
1 oz. vinegar
1 lb. frozen cod, thawed and cut into bite-size chunks
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, boil potatoes and seasonings until fork tender. Add 1 oz. vinegar. Add cod and cook until the fish floats, about 5 minutes. Strain the fish and potatoes and pour over melted butter.
