Ingredients
2 lbs. Halibut
1 part sugar
2 parts water
1 cup melted butter
Preparation
Cut halibut into small bit size pieces. In a large pot combine your sugar and water indgredients.Heat to a boil. Place your halibut chuncks into the boiling water. Boil for 15-20 minutes. Remove halibut from water. Place on plate,pour melted butter over halibut. Serve with steamed vegetables.
