Ingredients
4 pears, peeled and cubed
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp cardamom
3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2/3 cup oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup crumbled gingersnap cookies
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of cardamom
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Preheat over to 375.
Toss pears with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cardamom. Once mixed, toss in pomegranate.
Combine oats, brown sugar, gingersnaps, flour, cardamom, and cinnamon. Add softened butter and vanilla. Mix until clumped together.
Add equal amounts of pear/pomegranate mixture to 4 prepared ramekins. Layer crumble mixture on top.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
