Ingredients
8 eggs separated
2 c icing sugar
squirt of lemon juice
3Tbsp bread crumbs
2 c ground almonds
Icing:
1 c butter
3/4 c icing sugar
1 1/3 c Choc chips
2 egg yolks
2 tsp strong coffee (liquid)
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Whip yolks. Add icing sugar and lemon juice.
Beat egg whites until stiff
Add bread crumbs and almonds to yolks Fold into egg whites
Grease 9-11 inch springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs Pour batter in pan and bake at 350 for 40 mins.
