Ingredients
3-4 cups of water
a few dashes of salt
1 3/4 cups of yellow cornmeal
3 tbs unsalted butter
Preparation
- bring the water to a boil in a meduim sauce pan and add salt.
- gradually mix the corn meal in stirring offten untill the cornmeal is thickened and the cornmeal is nice and tender.
- remove the pot from the stove and add the butter. stir untill it’s melted.
- spread the polenta on a baking sheet and let it cool. then cut into chapes.
