Ingredients

1/2-inch-thick polenta slices 

2 tablespoons olive oil 

Salt and pepper 

Marinara sauce 

Preparation

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Toss polenta slices with olive oil and salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.

Roast, rotating tray once, until polenta is golden and crispy, 35 to 40 minutes.

Serve with marinara sauce.
