Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds of fresh sashimi-grade Ahi Tuna, Salmon, yellowtail, Dorado…

1/2 Cup Soy sauce

3/4 cup Green onion, tops included

2 Tablespoons of sesame oil

1 Tablespoon fresh grated ginger

1/2 Cup diced red onion

1/2 Cup chopped cilantro

1/2 Cup diced tomatoe

1 Tablespoon toastd sesame seeds

Romaine Lettuce leafs

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix everthything together but the Romaine Lettuce and refrigerate for two hours. Tear lettuce into small size peices for grabbing some poke out of the dish, or you can use forks or chopsticks.
