Ingredients
1 pie crust rolled to 9 "
4 large apples, peeled and sliced
4 TBS butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 TBS brown sugar
Preparation
Place ready made crust on a cookie sheet Preheat oven to 425 degrees Heat butter until hot , add apple slices and white sugar. Saute apples until lightly browned
Place apples in center of pastry and to within 1 " of edge. Fole edges over to form rin.
Bake 30 mintues , sprinkle the brown sugar over apples about 10 minutes before tart is finished
