Ingredients

2 cups flat rice (poha)

2 green chillies

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt

Preparation

Soak the poha till it is soft, but not squashed.

Take a pan, add chopped chillies & mustard seeds & oil. Allow the seeds to splutter & the chillies to get a bit cooked.

Add soaked poha, salt, turmeric.

Mix & serve hot.
