Ingredients

4 slices of bacon

2 onions chopped

1 cup Bell Pepper chopped

1 cup chopped parsley

1 cup chopped celery

2 large cans Pork and Beans

1 can Rotel Tomatoes

1 can pimento chopped

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon chili powder

2 cups barbeque sauce

Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; remove from drippings and set aside. Saute all the vegies in the bacon drippings until tender Add bean, tomaotes, pimento and seasonings, BB Sauce and crumbled bacon. Cook in a slow cooker for 5-8 hours.
