HEAT YOUR GRILL TO HIGH..QUICK MARINATION !! OF CANOLA SALT AND PEPPER..READY.GRILL3-5 MINS PER SIDE.HEAT A LIITLE CANOLA IN A MED SKILLET,ADD THE ONION AND GARLIC COOK..MUST STIR OFTEN AS DISASTER WILL STRIKE IF TOU DON’T..3-4 MINS SHOULD DO IT,UNTIL YOU START SMELLING THE GOOD GARLIC !!ADD THE TOMS AND SLICED CHILES AND UP TO3/4 CUP WATER..SEASON AGAIN WITH SALT..REDUCE HEAT THICKEN SHOULD TAKE MAYBE 5 MINS..TAKE OF HEAT..HAVE A COCKTAIL..SLICE THE STEAK..COVER WITH FAMOUS SAUCE..READY..ENJOY
