Ingredients
make your favorite green salad with anything or everything you enjoy. set aside.
clean a piece of red snapper, lightly season with (fresh) garlic,salt & pepper. Poach in a skillet with vermouth and butter (or use olive iol instead of butter). place salad on a dinner plate, top with poached fish serve any dressing on the side. I prefer an oil base with fresh squeezed orange juice.
